The auditor of the Prime Finance First Mutual Fund has given the "Qualified Opinion " & " Emphasis of Matter " paragraphs on the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021. Basis for Qualified Opinion: The fund did not recognize effect of unrealized Gain/Loss due to change of the market value in the statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income as per IFRS-9.
