A record date is the cut-off date set by a company to determine which shareholders are eligible for a dividend, rights issue or other corporate benefit. Only investors holding shares on the record date (subject to settlement rules) are typically entitled to the announced benefit.

Price change since announcement compares the latest available closing price to the unadjusted closing price on the announcement publication date (baseline: publtp from the disclosure).
