The Company has further informed that, the Board meeting under LR 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on April 30, 2025 at 4:00 PM instead of 9:30 AM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2025.
