AAMRANET Board to Consider Audited Financial Statements for FY 2024–25 on 3 September 2026

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on September 03, 2026 at 5:30 PM instead of earlier declared on August 27, 2026 at 5:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2025.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, অনিবার্য কারণবশত, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 19(1) অনুযায়ী কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা পূর্বে ঘোষিত 27 আগস্ট, 2026 বিকাল 5:30 টার পরিবর্তে 03 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2026 বিকাল 5:30 টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে এবং এই সভায় অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে 30 জুন, 2025 তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনা করা হবে।
