(Continuation news of AAMRATECH): 2.As per labor law 2006 Section 232 the company is required to make provision for WPPF at 5% of disclosed net profit, but the company did not make the provision on the basis of a legal opinion which they have sought from a legal expert and the explanation is disclosed in the note no. 34 of the notes to the accounts.
