AAMRATECH Corporate Disclosure — 31 October 2021

The auditor of the aamra technologies limited has given the "Emphasis of matters" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June, 2021. Emphasis of matters: As per Labor Law 2006, section 232 the company is required to make provision for WPPF @ 5% of disclosed net profit, but the company did not make the provision on the basis of a legal opinion which they have sought from a legal expert and the explanation is disclosed in the note no. 32 of the Notes to the Accounts.
