AAMRATECH Corporate Disclosure — 6 November 2022

The auditor of the aamra technologies limited has given the "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June 2022. Emphasis of Matter: 1. With reference to the note no. 8.01.01 of these Financial Statements, which describes that the cumulative Advance Income Tax (AIT) credit balance of Tk. 213,752,536 as per Income Tax Return 2021-2022 (Assessment Year). But, no refund claim has yet been made by the company. (cont.1)
