(Continuation news of AAMRATECH): 3. As per Labor Law 2006, section 232 the company is required to make provision for WPPF @ 5% of disclosed net profit, but the company did not make the provision on the basis of a legal opinion which they have sought from a legal expert and the explanation is disclosed in the note no. 31 of the Notes to the Accounts.
