In response to a DSE query dated 16.01.2024 regarding clarification on recent news published in newspaper regarding '80% Block (Capping) of Bandwidth by BTRC', the company has informed DSE as follows: "...the BTRC vide their letter reference number: 14.32.0000.900.36.202.22.7 dated January 11, 2024, has issued a repayment directive. Where they have mentioned to provide a down payment for withdrawal of capping (which published in the news portal). The management is trying to resolve the issue immediately."
