ABBANK Corporate Disclosure — 30 July 2026

(Cont. News of ABBANK): Reasons for deviation: NOCFPS has been decreased to BDT (3.47) from BDT 3.71 in 2026 compare to the same period of 2025. It is happened mainly due to the decrease of both customer and inter Bank deposits. NAVPS has been decreased to Tk. (54.24) from Tk. (36.04) compare to same reporting period of last year. This is happened due to mainly decrease of net interest income and incurring net loss. (end)

(আবব্যাংকের চলমান সংবাদ): বিচ্যুতির কারণ: ২০২৫ সালের একই সময়ের তুলনায় ২০২৬ সালে এনওসিএফপিএস ৩.৭১ টাকা থেকে কমে (৩.৪৭) টাকায় দাঁড়িয়েছে। এটি মূলত গ্রাহক ও আন্তঃব্যাংক উভয় আমানত হ্রাসের কারণে ঘটেছে। গত বছরের একই প্রতিবেদনকালীন সময়ের তুলনায় এনএভিপিএস (৩৬.০৪) টাকা থেকে কমে (৫৪.২৪) টাকায় দাঁড়িয়েছে। এটি মূলত নিট সুদ আয় হ্রাস এবং নিট লোকসানের কারণে ঘটেছে। (সমাপ্ত)
