ABBLPBOND Record Date Disclosure

AB Bank Limited, issuer of AB Bank Perpetual Bond has informed that the Board of Trustee of the bond fixed up the record date on November 29, 2023 for the semi-annual (June 13, 2023 to December 12, 2023) coupon payment. The bondholders whose names to be appeared in the members/depository register under Central Depository System (CDS) on record date i.e. November 29, 2023 will be eligible to get coupon @10.00% per annum on their investment on payment date i.e. December 13, 2023.
