ABBLPBOND Record Date Disclosure

AB Bank PLC. has informed that the Board of Trustee of the AB Bank Perpetual Bond in its Trustee Meeting held on April 29, 2026 fixed up the Record date i.e., May 24, 2026 for Semi-Annual Coupon Rate @10% per annum for the period from December 13, 2025 to June 12, 2026 Coupon Payment. According to the features of the Bond, Bondholders will not get any Coupon Payment for the period from December 13, 2025 to June 12, 2026 as the Bank has no Distributable Items i.e., Retained Earnings.

এবি ব্যাংক পিএলসি জানিয়েছে যে, এবি ব্যাংক পারপেচুয়াল বন্ডের ট্রাস্টি বোর্ড ২৯ এপ্রিল, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের ট্রাস্টি সভায়, ১৩ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ থেকে ১২ জুন, ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত সময়কালের জন্য বার্ষিক ১০% হারে অর্ধ-বার্ষিক কুপন প্রদানের রেকর্ড তারিখ অর্থাৎ ২৪ মে, ২০২৬ নির্ধারণ করেছে। বন্ডের বৈশিষ্ট্য অনুযায়ী, বন্ডধারীরা ১৩ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ থেকে ১২ জুন, ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত সময়কালের জন্য কোনো কুপন প্রদান পাবেন না, কারণ ব্যাংকটির কোনো বিতরণযোগ্য আইটেম অর্থাৎ সংরক্ষিত আয় (Retained Earnings) নেই।
