The Company has further informed that, the Board meeting under LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on October 28, 2024 at 4:00 PM instead of October 26, 2024 at 4:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2024.
