The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved a foreign investment of Tk. 1,260,000,360.00 (One Billion Two Hundred Sixty Million Three Hundred and sixty only) for 2,333,334 Convertible Non-cumulative Preference Shares of Tk. 100.00 each at a premium of Tk. 440.00 in the share capital of ACI Motors Limited, one of its Subsidiaries and approved the draft Shareholders' Agreement and Share Subscription Agreement for execution.
