The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to set up a new Subsidiary Company in the name of ACl Marine and Riverine Technologies Limited having its authorized capital of Tk. 50.00 Crore and a paid up capital of Tk. 10.00 Crore wherein Advanced Chemical Industries Limited shall hold 77% shares at the earliest convenience subject to the approval of concern authority.
