The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to set up a new Subsidiary Company in the name of ACI Biotech Limited (proposed) with an initial capital of Tk. 10.00 million having 80% ownership in the proposed Company, subject to approval from the Regulatory Authorities. The primary objective of the subsidiary is to manufacture and market Biotech products in the country and abroad.
