The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved a plan of its subsidiary ACI HealthCare Ltd. to apply for permission of relevant authorities for opening a subsidiary company in the USA for the purpose of starting its product development, regulatory, marketing and distribution activities to facilitate the operation of its Pharma Plant at Sonargaon, Narayangonj being built to USFDA specification. The subsidiary initially will perform product development and regulatory activities.
