The Company has informed that, cash dividend for the financial year 2014 of the Company with sale proceeds of fractional shares will be transferred to the respective shareholders Bank Account as appeared in the BO set up through BEFTN system between 7 July 2015 to 9 July 2015. However, the delivery of Dividend Warrants for folio based shareholders will be made between 8 July, 2015 to 9 July, 2015 from the share office of the Company at 9 Motijheel C/A, Dhaka-1000, between 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
