The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the draft Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger and Merger ("Scheme") providing for the demerger of plastics business undertaking from Premiaflex Plastics Limited (PPL) into ACI Premio Plastics Limited (a subsidiary of PPL) and subject to fulfilment of merger of the remaining business undertaking including packaging business of PPL with Advanced Chemical Industries Limited (cont.)
