The company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved the signing a joint-venture agreement to incorporate and establish a joint-venture company with Colgate-Palmolive (Asia) Pte. Limited ("Colgate"), a Company incorporated under the laws of Singapore and part of the renowned Colgate Palmolive company, engaged amongst others, in Oral care and Personal care.
