In response to a DSE query dated February 08, 2024 regarding clarification on recent news published in a newspaper regarding "ACI Inaugurated the Factory of Danish Fruit Juice Brand, SUNQUICK", the company has informed DSE as follows: "ACI CO-RO Bangladesh Ltd was incorporated on 05 November 2019 as a joint venture (JV) Company between Advanced Chemical Industries Limited and Danish juice manufacturing company CO-RO A/S. ACI limited has a 49.90% stake in the JV Company. (cont.)
