(Cont. news of ACI): and the authorized share capital of Premiaflex Plastics Limited i.e. BDT 150.00 Crore will be added with the current Authorized Capital of the Company in line with the said order and the article 38 of the Scheme of Amalgamation. Accordingly, the Authorized Capital of Advanced Chemical Industries Limited will now become BDT 300.00 Crore. (end)
