The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on January 30, 2025 has approved the formation of a new subsidiary company under the title of "ACI Herbal and Nutraceuticals Limited" having an authorized capital of BDT 100 (One Hundred) Crore and a paid up capital of BDT 10 (Ten) Crore wherein Advanced Chemical Industries PLC shall hold 85% shares at the earliest convenience subject to the approval of the concerned authority.
