Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 08.05.2025, the company has further informed that following the Judgement passed in the Company Matter No. 272 of 2022 on November 07, 2023 by the Honorable High Court Division, 195,374 nos. of ordinary shares of Tk. 10/- (Taka Ten) each only will be issued and allotted in favour of the equity shareholders of Premiaflex Plastics Limited.
