ACI Corporate Disclosure — 1 February 2026

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 29 January 2026 has approved an investment of BDT 640 Crore in ACI Logistics Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. The investment will be made through the subscription of 6,400,000 (Six Million Four Hundred Thousand) convertible preference shares of BDT 1,000/- (BDT One Thousand) each, to be issued by ACI Logistics Limited. কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২৯ জানুয়ারী ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের সভায় কোম্পানির একটি সহায়ক প্রতিষ্ঠান এসিআই লজিস্টিকস লিমিটেডে ৬৪০ কোটি টাকা বিনিয়োগের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। এসিআই লজিস্টিকস লিমিটেড কর্তৃক ইস্যু করা প্রতিটি ১,০০০/- (এক হাজার টাকা) মূল্যের ৬,৪০০,০০০ (ছয় মিলিয়ন চার লক্ষ) রূপান্তরযোগ্য অগ্রাধিকার শেয়ারের সাবস্ক্রিপশনের মাধ্যমে এই বিনিয়োগ করা হবে। (চলবে)
