ACI Corporate Disclosure — 30 April 2026

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 29 April 2026 approved the formation of a joint-venture company under the title of "Deli ACI Bangladesh Limited" having an authorized capital of BDT 100 (One Hundred) Crore and a paid up capital of BDT 27 (Twenty-Seven) Crore wherein Advanced Chemical Industries PLC shall hold 50% shares, subject to the approval of the concerned authority.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২৯ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত সভায় ‘দিল্লি এসিআই বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড’ নামে একটি যৌথ উদ্যোগ কোম্পানি গঠনের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে, যার অনুমোদিত মূলধন ১০০ (একশ) কোটি টাকা এবং পরিশোধিত মূলধন ২৭ (সাতাশ) কোটি টাকা, যেখানে অ্যাডভান্সড কেমিক্যাল ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ পিএলসি সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে ৫০% শেয়ারের মালিক হবে।
