ACI Corporate Disclosure — 29 July 2026

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 28 July 2026 approved the formation of a new subsidiary company under the title of "ACI Global Scientific Standards Limited" having an authorized capital of BDT 50 (Fifty) Crore and a paid up capital of BDT 3 (Three) Crore wherein Advanced Chemical Industries PLC shall hold 85% shares, subject to the approval of the concerned authorities.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২৮ জুলাই ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত সভায় 'এসিআই গ্লোবাল সায়েন্টিফিক স্ট্যান্ডার্ডস লিমিটেড' নামে একটি নতুন সহযোগী কোম্পানি গঠনের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে, যার অনুমোদিত মূলধন ৫০ (পঞ্চাশ) কোটি টাকা এবং পরিশোধিত মূলধন ৩ (তিন) কোটি টাকা, যেখানে অ্যাডভান্সড কেমিক্যাল ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ পিএলসি সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে ৮৫% শেয়ার ধারণ করবে।
