ACI Corporate Disclosure — 29 September 2026

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its 232nd Board Meeting held on Monday, 28 September 2026 at 4:00 pm through Hybrid system, has approved an additional equity investment of BDT 600 million in ACI CO-RO BANGLADESH LTD., an existing Joint Venture of the Company. The said investment will be made subject to the approval of the concerned regulatory authority.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ সোমবার, ২৮ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৬ তারিখে বিকাল ৪:০০ ঘটিকায় হাইব্রিড পদ্ধতিতে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের ২৩২তম বোর্ড সভায়, কোম্পানির একটি বিদ্যমান যৌথ উদ্যোগ এসিআই কো-রো বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড-এ অতিরিক্ত ৬০০ মিলিয়ন টাকা ইক্যুইটি বিনিয়োগ অনুমোদন করেছে। উক্ত বিনিয়োগ সংশ্লিষ্ট নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে করা হবে।
