ACIFORMULA Announces Management Change

The company has informed that the Board of Directors approved the resignation of the previous company secretary, Mr. Nayamul Hoque. The Board also decided that Mr. Mohammad Mostafizur Rahman will be the acting Company Secretary of the company until the new Company Secretary is appointed to this position.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ পূর্ববর্তী কোম্পানি সচিব, জনাব নেয়ামুল হকের পদত্যাগ অনুমোদন করেছে। নতুন কোম্পানি সচিব এই পদে নিয়োগ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত জনাব মোহাম্মদ মোস্তাফিজুর রহমান কোম্পানির ভারপ্রাপ্ত কোম্পানি সচিবের দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন বলেও বোর্ড সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।
