Mr. Mizanur Rahman Sinha one of the Sponsor Directors of the company, has expressed his intention to transfer 89,12,119 shares out of his total holding of 1,73,76,119 shares of the Company; 44,56,139 shares to his son Tanveer Sinha (Director of the company) and 44,55,980 shares to his daughter Tasneem Sinha (Director of the company) respectively, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.

মিজানুর রহমান সিনহা কোম্পানির অন্যতম পৃষ্ঠপোষক পরিচালক, কোম্পানির তার মোট 1,73,76,119 শেয়ারের মধ্যে 89,12,119টি শেয়ার হস্তান্তর করার ইচ্ছা প্রকাশ করেছেন; তার ছেলে তানভীর সিনহা (কোম্পানির পরিচালক) কে 44,56,139 শেয়ার এবং তার মেয়ে তাসনিম সিনহা (কোম্পানির ডিরেক্টর) কে 44,55,980 শেয়ার যথাক্রমে এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে উপহারের মাধ্যমে আগামী 30 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডিএসই কর্তৃক অনুমোদন পত্র জারির তারিখ।
