Mr. Mizanur Rahman Sinha one of the Sponsor Directors of the company, has further reported that he has completed his transfer of 89,12,119 shares whereas 44,56,139 shares to his son Tanveer Sinha (Director of the company) and 44,55,980 shares to his daughter Tasneem Sinha (Director of the company) respectively, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated on 07.12.2021.
