Jahanara Mizan Sinha one of the Sponsor Directors of the company, has further reported that she has completed her transfer of 18,24,572 shares whereas 9,12,286 shares to her son Tanveer Sinha (Director of the company) and 9,12,286 shares to her daughter Tasneem Sinha (Director of the company) respectively, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated on 07.12.2021.

কোম্পানির অন্যতম পৃষ্ঠপোষক পরিচালক জাহানারা মিজান সিনহা আরও জানিয়েছেন যে তিনি তার 18,24,572টি শেয়ার হস্তান্তর সম্পন্ন করেছেন যেখানে 9,12,286টি শেয়ার তার ছেলে তানভীর সিনহা (কোম্পানির পরিচালক) এবং 9,12,286টি শেয়ার তার মেয়ের কাছে হস্তান্তর করেছেন। তাসনীম সিনহা (কোম্পানীর পরিচালক) যথাক্রমে, 07.12.2021 তারিখে প্রচারিত ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে উপহারের মাধ্যমে।
