Parveen Akhter Nasir one of the Sponsors of the company, has further reported that she has completed her transfer of 26,95,176 shares where13,47,588 shares to her son Ansar Uddin Sinha (Placement Holder of the company) and 13,47,588 shares to her another son Harun Sinha (General Shareholder of the company) respectively, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated on 22.02.2022.

কোম্পানির অন্যতম পৃষ্ঠপোষক পারভীন আক্তার নাসির আরও জানিয়েছেন যে তিনি তার 26,95,176টি শেয়ার হস্তান্তর সম্পন্ন করেছেন যেখানে 13,47,588টি শেয়ার তার ছেলে আনসার উদ্দিন সিনহা (কোম্পানির প্লেসমেন্ট হোল্ডার) এর কাছে এবং 13,47,588টি শেয়ার তার অন্যের কাছে রয়েছে। ছেলে হারুন সিনহা (কোম্পানির সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডার) যথাক্রমে, 22.02.2022 তারিখে প্রচারিত ঘোষণা অনুসারে এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে উপহারের মাধ্যমে।
