Referring to their earlier news disseminated on 01.12.2019 regarding Dividend Declaration, the Company has further informed that in draft copy of Accounts mistake was happened unintentionally due to add back of prior years? tax provision amount of Tk. 102,093,375.00 in the current liability, the net has decreased to Tk. 5,346,525,397.00 from Tk. 5,448,618,771.00. As a result, the NAV (Net Assets Value) per share has fall down to 22.28 from 22.71 for the year ended June 30, 2019.
