ADNTEL Corporate Disclosure — 21 September 2023

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has approved to purchase 235 decimals of land located at Mouza: Koyer, JL No- 29, Thana and Sub-registry Office: Gazipur Sadar, District: Gazipur. The purchase price for the land is BDT 23,011,000 (Two Crore Thirty Lac and Eleven Thousand) only, excluding the costs for registration and other related expenses subject to necessary approvals, if any. The purpose of acquiring the land is for future business expansion of the Company.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ মৌজা: কয়ের, জেএল নং- ২৯, থানা এবং সাব-রেজিস্ট্রি অফিস: গাজীপুর সদর, জেলা: গাজীপুরে অবস্থিত 235 ডেসিমেল জমি কেনার অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। জমির জন্য ক্রয় মূল্য 23,011,000 টাকা (দুই কোটি ত্রিশ লক্ষ এবং এগারো হাজার) শুধুমাত্র, নিবন্ধনের খরচ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে অন্যান্য সম্পর্কিত খরচ বাদ দিয়ে, যদি থাকে। কোম্পানির ভবিষ্যতে ব্যবসা সম্প্রসারণের জন্য জমি অধিগ্রহণের উদ্দেশ্য।
