ADNTEL Corporate Disclosure — 27 December 2023

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has decided to subscribe to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of 'ADN Media Limited' (to be incorporated) for 45% of its initial paid-up capital i.e., 45,000 shares @Tk. 100 each amounting to Tk. 4,500,000 (forty-five lac) subject to completion of all regulatory formalities.
