ADVENT Corporate Disclosure — 17 November 2022

The Company has informed that they have completed a signing agreement of distributorship with Alltech Biotechnology PVT Ltd. USA, at Alltech, BD Liaison office, 38, Rabindra Sarani, Uttara. The MD of Alltech, South Asia & MD of Advent have signed the agreement on behalf of respective organization. The company further informed that they will import four items amounting about BDT 8.00 crore in the first year.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে তারা অলটেক বায়োটেকনোলজি প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড ইউএসএ এর সাথে অলটেক, বিডি লিয়াজোন অফিস, 38, রবীন্দ্র সরণি, উত্তরায় ডিস্ট্রিবিউটরশিপের একটি চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর করেছে। অলটেকের এমডি, দক্ষিণ এশিয়া এবং অ্যাডভেন্টের এমডি নিজ নিজ প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষে চুক্তিতে স্বাক্ষর করেছেন। কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে তারা প্রথম বছরে প্রায় 8.00 কোটি টাকার চারটি আইটেম আমদানি করবে।
