(Continuation news of AFCAGRO): Act-2006 (as amendments up to 2013) was not complied with. Emphasis of Matters: 1. Significant deviation in Earning per Share (EPS): EPS for the year ended on 30 June 2021 is comes Tk. 0.15 whereas it was Tk. 0.32 for the same period of the previous year registering 53.13% decrease in current year as compared to the previous year. This was mainly significant fall in the business income due to COVID-19 impact. (cont.6)
