(Continuation news of AFCAGRO): 2. Analysis of accounts receivable and related cash flow reveals that a major portion of earlier year(s) figure remain uncollected. 3. As disclosed in the financial statements the Company has made significant related party transaction. Approval has been taken from the AGM held on 31.12.2020 in this regard.
