Monwarul Islam, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed his intention to sell his entire holding of 5,69,247 shares while Khaleda Islam, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has expressed her intention to buy 5,69,247 shares at prevailing market price (In the Block Market) through Stock Exchange. As per BSEC letter No. SEC/SRMIC/94-141/269 dated September 17, 2015; the above transaction shall have to be executed within 15 days after adoption of financial statements of the company.
