AFTABAUTO Corporate Disclosure — 31 March 2022

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Entity Rating (Surveillance) of the Company as "A1" along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2021; unaudited 6 (six) months management prepared financial statements; bank liability position as on December 31, 2021 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

ক্রেডিট রেটিং এজেন্সি অফ বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড (CRAB) 30 জুন, 2021 পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতিগুলির উপর ভিত্তি করে একটি স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি সহ "A1" হিসাবে কোম্পানির সত্তা রেটিং ( নজরদারি) ঘোষণা করেছে; অনিরীক্ষিত 6 (ছয়) মাসের ব্যবস্থাপনা আর্থিক বিবরণী প্রস্তুত করেছে; 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2021 তারিখে ব্যাঙ্কের দায়বদ্ধতার অবস্থান এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত পাশাপাশি গুণগত তথ্য।
