(Continuation news of AFTABAUTO): The Company has also informed the following reasons for declaration of stock dividend: i) For retaining amount as capital; ii) Stock dividend has been issued out of accumulated profit or retained earnings; iii) Stock dividend has not been declared from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or through doing anything so that the post dividend retained earnings become negative or a debit balance.
