The Company has informed that pursuant to all the notifications, directives and letters of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) regarding 30% shareholding by sponsors and directors, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to appoint Mr. Reaz Islam and Mr. Muhammad Omar Soeb Chowdhury as the directors of the Company nominated by LR Global Bangladesh Asset Management Company Limited.
