(Continuation news of AGRANINS): These balances represent receivables which have been due over a significant number of years and there is substantial in regards to the ability to collect these balances and provision has been recognized by the Company against these receivables. 2.The Company did not set aside due part of its profit for the year in relation to workers profit participation and welfare fund as required under the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006.
