We draw attention to Note 2.21(c) which states that the Company did not set aside any profits as contribution related to Workers Profit Participation Fund for the current year due to the on-going discussions between the IDRA and related Government Ministries. Our opinion is not modified in this matter. 4. We draw attention to Note 10.01 which states that the Company has transferred BDT 2,626,585 to the designated dividend accounts. (cont.4)
