Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.06.2021 regarding EGM for Rights Issue, the Board of the Company recommended to issue 1R:3 rights share (1 rights share for every 3 shares) subject to obtaining approval from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. The company has informed that BSEC has not approved the aforementioned rights issue as CIB report of the company is not clear.
