(Continuation news of AGRANINS): at least Tk. 40(Forty) Crore of which 60 (Sixty) percent shall be subscribed by the sponsors and the remaining 40 (Forty) Percent shall remain open for public subscription."To fulfill the compliance our management took decision to raise the capital by increasing right share and according to that we put-up the application to Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) through complaining the all issues on AICL/HO/SHARE/2773 Dated: September 22, 2022.
