(Continuation news of AIBL1STIMF): investment of Tk. 54,350,000 through purchase of 4,348 nos. ordinary shares of Tk. 100/- each of Bangladesh News 24 Hours Ltd. at a price of Tk. 12,500 each during the year 2019. Out of the said 4348 nos. of ordinary shares 50% i.e. 2,174 nos. shares were directly purchased from the company and the remaining 2,174 nos. shares was purchased from Mr. Toufique lmrose Khalidi, Managing Director of the company as transfer of shares of the said company.
