AIBL1STIMF Corporate Disclosure — 17 May 2022

The auditor of the AIBL 1st Islamic Mutual Fund has given the "Emphasis of matter" paragraphs on the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2022. Emphasis of Matter: 1. Valuation of non-listed/non-traded securities namely, Energy Prima Ltd. and Unicorn Industries Ltd. has been made by the AMC on the basis of "valuation policy disclosed in note-4.2(ii) of the financial statements complying with the relevant guidelines of IFRS 13- "Fair Value Measurement" (cont.1)
