(Continuation news of AIL): The source of financing of these two new business units will be through capital raise (Issue of Capital), subject to approval of BSEC and other sources. The Company has also decided to hold an EGM on March 14, 2018 to pass the following resolutions as special resolution: Special Resolution 1: To increase authorized capital of the Company from Tk. 50.00 crore to Tk. 150.00 crore.
